Making an appointment
& Enquiries
To make an appointment to submit your visa application please
telephone 0900 10411 (landline) or 8865 (mobile). Calls cost
Rs10 per minute. Appointments are free of charge. The call centre
is open Monday to Saturday: 08:00 till 24:00 midnight. The UK
Border Agency strongly advises applicants to avoid malicious
agents wishing to charge for appointments You can email Gerry's
free of charge to ask questions or make enquiries about the
visa application process on the below IDs. |

Security at the visa
application centre
All applicants visiting the visa application centre
will be subject to a security search. All personal items such as
bags, mobile phones, cigarette lighters, liquids and offensive weapons
are banned and access will be denied to those found in possession
of such items.

Information for disabled visitors
All visa application centres allow for wheel chair
access, have dedicated washroom's and elevators where necessary.
Gerry's staff will be able to assist any applicant with special
needs and access ramp is also available for wheelchair.
